These ankle straps are so nice the fit nice and tight and better then using what everyone else uses at the gym I found the it improved the way I did my cable kickbacks

This is so nice, with normal barbell padding they slip and fall where as this one with the Velcro on both sides it doesn’t more and has a lot more comfort as it thicker it makes hip thrust so much easier and with squats the bar hurts my back so I put this on and it helped me get more PB when training

I love this gym towel as it has the hooded section so it doesn’t fall off the chair when your at gym and the little pocket is amazing If you don’t like to use a bag, it’s big enough to fit you keys, phone and AirPods
