I actually genuinely love this, I’ve always stuggled to find pads that actually stop the pain of the bar and I’m always left with bruises or end up having to literally stack two pads on top of each other but this was so comfortable and no bruises whatsoever. Not to mention it’s so tight on the bar it doesn’t spin on you which is so amazing bc that’s another issue I’ve always hated with other pads. Anyway seriously reccomend it’s worth the money in my opinion
Honestly the best barbell pad, doesn’t slip or move at all and the perfect amount of padding to save your hips during hip thrusts! Colour is also super cute
