Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@twcaccessories.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to us. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues.
We offer 30 day warranty. If you item becomes faulty within 30 days you can exchange it. Warranty does not cover any aesthetic or colour changes.
Faulty is considered to be unusable for its purpose.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are to be covered by the customer. To exchange please email info@twcaccessories.com
Exchange postage is to be covered by the customer and you will receive a store credit to purchase the item of your choice once the exchange has been approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
BUYER WILL NEED TO COVER ANY VAT OR IMPORT TAXES
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is to cover the cost of return and shipping will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
Refunds are ONLY given if an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged.
We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit / change of mind. Alternatively a store credit or an exchange can be issued upon return of the goods in their original condition.
Goods deemed to be faulty will need to be returned to TWC Accessories before we can issue a refund.
TWC Accessories will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to our delivery address.
For refunds we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
