Lifting grips are brilliant for those extra heavy lifts where you not only need the grip but also need the wrist support.
Lifting grips will distribute the weight over your hand and wrist. Making it more comfortable.
If ever in doubt I would reccomend the lifting grips over our standard straps.
If ever in doubt size up. The size up offers a longer grip.
