Shipping policy

Shipping fees and delivery times will be determined at check out.  

During peak times (all of November) please allow up to 5 business for your order to be fulfilled.

ALL PRE ORDER purchases will be shipped and sent together. This includes any purchases that are not pre order. We recommend buying the none pre orders separately if you wish to receive them earlier. 

VAT AND TAXES THROUGH CUSTOMS ARE TO COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

Pre order wait time is listed and may vary by 1-3 days.

Please note, these are estimates only and we can not guarantee shipping times. During non-peak trading times, please allow up to 72 business hours for your order to be fulfilled, however we aim to minimise this time. 

Although we can attempt address changes, they are not guaranteed. TWC are not liable for incorrect address inputs.
