Train With Confidence

This has quickly become my go-to work bag. The insulated compartment at the bottom is perfect for storing lunch, while the main section still has plenty of space for everything else I carry daily - including my 769ml Yeti, cables case, umbrella, wallet, and there’s even a dedicated section for my laptop.

What really makes this bag stand out is the organisation. The internal pockets and zip sections make it easy to keep smaller items like charging pads, hair ties, and powder foundation in their own place instead of everything ending up at the bottom of the bag.

An unexpected feature I’ve ended up using all the time is the external pockets. They’re perfect for when I don’t want to carry my phone, AirPods, or keys but still want them easily accessible.

The exterior fabric feels durable and is easy to clean, but still looks stylish with that soft slouchy shape that’s very on trend. It manages to look chic without sacrificing practicality.

For the price, it’s amazing value considering how functional, well thought-out, and stylish the bag is.

My only feedback would be that I wish it came in more colours and hardware options - a burgundy or black version with brass/gold hardware would be incredible.

Overall, I would buy this bag again in a heartbeat.

The pad is very firm and sturdy. I can hip-thrust 4 plates or 180kg comfortably and not feel as though the bar is crushing me nor get bruising. I personally have minor issues with the pad slipping on the barbell despite what is advertised, however this does not bother me as it is still a fantastic product in comparison to other barbell pads.

I recently purchased the blue lifting grips and can confidently say I love them! They make lifting heavy so much easier and they’re super comfortable to wear.

Literally they have helped me so much with my GAINS and I feel like I can left so much more! My confidence is improved and a staple in my gym bag now.

These grips are a game changer for back days. I can lift so much heavier on my pull downs and rows. Highly recommend to everyone!
