Literally the best gym accessories ever, so functional and I look cute doing it. Even my boy friend loves them. He know uses my black ones as I now have the cream colour way. Literally a 100/10 !!!
When I first started at the gym, I was using the ankle straps they had there and they would literally fling off mid exercise. They were so unsupportive that I couldn’t even feel the movement where I was meant to and my form was terrible because I was too busy trying to stop them from flying off my leg.
Then I tried the TWC ankle straps and OMG…game changer! I instantly felt the exercise in all the right places and finally felt confident and secure. The quality is amazing, the padding makes them super comfy, and they’re actually cute too plus there are so many colours to pick from. 100% recommend.
