It's amazing!

I was looking for a bag that combines functions of a duffel training bag and a backpack, which can be used as a carry-on on the plane. This bag has it all. It is made out of a really nice to touch and strong fabric. The straps are adjustable and the bag has lots of pockets. I've been using it for my workout sessions and I cannot wait to take it overseas with me.

The lifting grip sizes are very flexible. If you are in between sizes I recommend to size up. You cant go wrong with having a bit more lifting grip to grab on yo.
