obsessed with these lifting grips. my hands get quite sweaty and these have been magic! my wrists feel super supported. I don’t feel pain or discomfort through my wrists and forearm anymore when training?? the grips make lifting heavy so seamless without the discomfort of feeling your hand slip around the bar. I use them every time I go to the gym for upper and lower body days. well worth the money for the quality and how much they improve my experience :) I don’t see anything else online as cute and aesthetic as these either!
